Membership requires an active email address (One that actively receives our emails) and any email bouncing (Unable to be delivered to you) will result in the system automatically setting your account to inactive. When logging in it will ask you to provide a working email address to access the site. All we are able to do is send the email to you, the delivery of that email to your inbox by your email service provider is out of our control. Verification emails and lost password emails also fall under this category and if you are not receiving them you will need to provide an alternative email address.
An account with NinjaSurf requires that the Member/User has an active email address. Unsubscribing from admin emails will result in the account going into deletion mode. Unsubscribed accounts are removed approximately 14 days after unsubscribing. Deletion is a non-reversible process and all account details including any advertising accumulated or referrals will be lost. You are able to re-subscribe and set your account back to active within the 14 day deletion mode period by logging in and visiting the profile page and then ticking the subscribed box. You will need to click the confirmation link in the email again when resubscribing.
Unless you received prior permission from NinjaSurf, you may only register for one NinjaSurf account. Members who sign up for multiple accounts will be suspended.
Only you may use your NinjaSurf account. If someone else is using your account, it will be suspended. Family members and friends are welcome to make their own accounts, but sharing an account is absolutely a violation of our Terms.
NinjaSurf reserves the right to refuse, suspend or remove members for any reason without giving notice. This includes but is not limited to members who promote sites and services from our not allowed list and members who use frame breakers.
Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using NinjaSurf. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. NinjaSurf is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes, we provide a way to correct that user's personal data provided to us. This can be done within the Member Area usually on the profile page.
Right To Cancel
Users can cancel their membership and be removed from all newsletters, notices and databases. You can do this by using the link found at the end of system generated email messages from NinjaSurf, click that link and you will be taken to a web page where you may choose to be removed from just newsletters or the entire database.
If you decide to remove your account you relinquish any paid membership and/or downlines, unpaid commissions, and unused advertising credits instantly and cannot be recovered.
You can also easily manage removals and account deletion yourself by signing in and clicking the Delete Account button found on the profile/account details page. Self deletion of your account is immediate and will result in no further emails coming to you from the site after succesful account deletion.
We are unable to delete an account for you unless you submit a support ticket using the email address that you used to register your account and confirm your username and current password. However, requesting deletion from us can take up to 7 days and you will continue to receive emails during that time.
This website takes every precaution to protect our user's personal information. When a user submits sensitive information via our site, the information is protected both online and off-line. Only the administrator of this site can access personal information of the users.

You are free to promote free co-ops / rotators on one condition. You understand and agree that if we find multiple rotators being promoted inside your co-op link and / or it gets reported as a abusive site, it will be removed and all credits will be lost.
Team Leaders can decide who they let in to their team, whether to go private or public, and what kind of rules they want to impose. At any time, they can remove a member from their team.
At the end of each month the top 3 teams for the following categories will split the jackpot: "Top Overall Surfing", "Top Average Surfing" and "Top Referring".
In the event of a tie, the winnings for the category will be split between the number of teams that are tied for that spot.
The use of programs or "bots" to automatically surf at NinjaSurf without clicking isstrictly prohibited, and any member who is found using such a program will be suspended. This also applies to members who let someone else log into their account to surf.
Using several windows to surf faster than your timer allows or to save time is strictly prohibited, and any member who is found doing so will be suspended.
Falling below 85% accurate clicks will auto-suspend your account. If this happens and you're a new member and just started surfing, just send a ticket and I will fix it, but members who have surfed a lot will be suspended if this happens.
Surfing in a minimized window is not allowed and will cause a pop up at each click.
From time-to-time you may receive bonuses from different games and contest on this site, including Team Surfing, which can only be used for onsite purchases such as Account Upgrades or buying Advertising Credits. There are no cashout payments on these types of activities.
For free members, after 90 days of inactivity credits and impressions that are not assigned will be lost. Upgrading or surfing within 90 days will prevent loss in credits. Accounts older than 90 days will be "deactivated". You may "reactivate" your account at any time by logging in again.
If your site or account fails to follow any of the rules listed in our Terms and Policies, your account will be removed. All credits, impressions, commissions or rewards of any kind will be lost. Your banners and urls will be removed, and your downline will be lost.

Members found using these services to send spam, ask users to join programs, bait members into asking for more information, or in any way using these services for promotion may find their access to the forum, PM system, and chat revoked. Repeated offenses will result account suspension and/or a permanent ban.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.
